On Racism and Superiority - a very short piece

Every group feels superior deep down, whether they admit it or not. Its just human nature to see the world in 'us' and 'them' terms, down to the tiniest sub-groups possible, and to feel pride and to be defensive. We brown people are just as guilty as white people of prejudice (white people can't dance, are corny, have no culture, are clueless, have no morality) - its just that we haven't gotten to the point in history where we become the oppressor as opposed to the victim (due to geographical determinism ala Jared Diamond in my view). Its my opinion we all have the potential to be just as bad, when given the power to be, because after all, we're all humans.

If you bring it down to that, every human has the potential. The difference is wether you act on it or not.

This is why power 'shouldn't' be distributed according to the color of your skin.

Like somebody's momma back in the day said, 'Its the inside that counts.'

Also, to quote Malcom X, "For the white man to ask the black man, do you hate me? is like the wolf asking the sheep if he hates him. It is not up to the sheep." So in response to your comments, am I racist? I suppose so. But I also don't think that colored people can be racist against white people. I call that a normal reaction to the world. Maybe it is racism, or reverse racism, but I for one think that maybe if more colored people were racist against white people instead of tacitly complying with their oppression, they wouldn't have been fucking us for the last 2000 years.

What about the caste racism in India isn't that people in power who are brown holding down other people who are darker brown

Really, we may feel that whites are strange, but when have darker people shown such hate for them? Actually, whenever they landed somewhere outside of Europe, they were treated fairly and given a chance to be good or cruel to those they met. In the Americas and in Africa alike.
And to address the issue of India's caste system, that's why no one likes them. Until India gets rid of all vestiges of it, I hope they never prosper, and the same for the US in which I was born and live. Thank Allah for every day that oppressors get subdued.
And no, no one is as racist as most white supremacists are.... except for Indians and Pakis who buy into the color-caste system who are more "racist" than whites, because they automatically hate the oppressed victims and love the wicked oppressors.

Remember...

All humans are equally good and equally racist...

Its only their relative power that influences how much impact their good and racism may have...
